The HSE Recruitment Network conducted a survey among more than 200 Health and Safety professionals to gather their opinions on gender disparity within the safety industry.
The purpose of this survey was to gain insight into the perceived gender imbalance, existing barriers, experiences of discrimination, and potential initiatives to address the issue. By examining the survey results, we aim to shed light on the current state of gender equality within the health and safety industry, and explore potential strategies for creating a more inclusive and diverse environment.
